This is good. Installing Oracle on Windows is easy, but I don't know of any DBA that installs it on a 32-bit Windows (much less Vista). Most install it on a 64-bit Linux distro. This takes changes to kernel parameters, addition of new users and groups, dependency installs and tons of other command line alterations. Once you do all this, then you can start the actual installation (which is what you saw). Plus there is configuration of RAC, reallocation of data files. Funny video though.

What we're talking about there, is a small connection that needs to carefully be pulled out. Unfortunately, it's kind of hard to explain, but it's a lot like a cordless phone battery connection. If you have a small flathead screw driver you can disconnect it with that. My advice would be to check out a cordless phone battery hook up to get an idea of what I'm talking about. i've read the easiest way to reduce the chance of static damage, otherwise known as grounding yourself, is getting an anti static wrist strap, all you have to do is wrap it around your wrist, and attach the pin to a random, gray non important part of the pc, this will make you on the same level static as the computer so there's little chance of causing damage

I have an intel motherboard with the exact same CPU fan as shown in this video. My problem is that my fan makes loud sounds and i figured the problem was the dust build up. I tried to remove it so i can clean it but for some reason i couldn't unplug it from the motherboard or pull out the Fan after loosing those 4 pins. So i gave up and put back the CPU fan. after that, i went to turn on my computer but now it stays on for afew minutes before it turns off automaticaly everytime. Someone help!!

Best part of this video is.... The push pins part...that was not even all the way in. Crappy Intel video refuses to show how much of a pain it really is to get those damn push pins in. BTW tip for anyone using push pins...put a roll of tape under each pin you push in and use a screw driver will ensure you don't bend your board and will allow you to put more pressure to get them in.

Honestly i like the mod. I did the same thing, but the U-Channel is kinda flimsy. It's not sticky or anything so it moves easily. But once you tape its ok. But anywhere else...such as cable management holes...it can get annoying :/

I just got my truck back from the shop tonight, its a 2007 Ford F150, they installed a similar 8000K HID kit in the headlights and foglights. However they must have ordered the wrong bulbs because I only have low beams. I intend on going in tomorrow morning to get the matter resolved but my one question is that now that I have everything else in place like the wiring and the ballasts, all that I need to correct this problem is a dual filament bulb? I won't need to change the ballasts, etc. (?)

This is just perfect timing! I just got my 2007 F150 back from the shop where I had 8000K HID's installed for both the headlights and the foglights. However the shop did not buy the right bulbs so I only have low beams. I intend on going back tomorrow morning to get everything sorted out. But my one question is: the ballasts and everything are obviously installed and in place, so all I need to fix this problem is a dual filament HID bulb?

yup my man Bruno at futurevision (see credits)...yes there is a difference in cheap ass brands. You get what you pay for, for SURE with HID's. I recommend 6000-8000k. Its perfect, not to yellow, not too blue.
